Here is how I sweep-sanded my webs. I placed the web on the plan, overhanging the rib line by the smallest of margins. Then, using a small 1" wide sanding block with 220 grit sandpaper, I lightly sanded the angle into the web. I kept plenty of pressure on the web to ensure it did not move, and made sure to blow away the sawdust often to ensure I was getting the "just right" angle.
